Note: The registration table will be located in the hallway of the convention center where the tournament is being held. The judging seminar will be held in the Troon and Wentworth rooms.

- 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Last Opportunity to complete the weigh-in and check-in
- 9:00: AM - 9:30 AM: Opening Ceremony and Shihan Koyama Speech
- 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM: Kata & Kumite Competitions
- 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: PM Break Time
- 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Awards Ceremony
Sunday
May 24, 2026
- 8:00 AM – Training Hall doors open and check-ins begin
- 8:30 AM – All participants line up and be ready to greet Honbu-cho. No late entry will be allowed into the training hall after 8:30 AM.
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Shihan Koyama & Ishijima Shihan Training
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – Lunch Break (participants bring their own lunch)
- 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Shihan Koyama & Ishijima Shihan Training
- 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM – Photo Time with Shihan Koyama
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Black Belt Dan Test with Shihan Koyama
- 7:00 PM – Sayonara Party (Registration required by May 15, 2026)
Entry Fee: $120, includes buffet-style food service and non-alcoholic drinks.
Alcoholic beverages provided complimentary by the host.
